WELCOME TO
That 1/4 of me.
Kinda longish ➡️
SOME BACKGROUND.
Where am I during this postpandemic?
CYBERSPACE...
in my CANAAN OF PLENTY!
➡️ Back here again after being MIA for over a year; it's almost the end of 2024. I visited this site in 2023, but only for 1 day. LOL. Not sure if I'd make a separate blog or continue this. (10.29.24)
➡️ Hello y'all! I'm back here at onefourthofme! Got a lot of updates which I could sum up into one: coffeepreneur. God allowed us to open a coffee chain this year. Thank You, Lord! (11.16.22)
Previously...
➡️ I've been into Digital Nomadic Lifestyle for the past 17 years & counting. I'm passionate about innovation, growth, content writing & strategy, branding, digital marketing, writing my clients' stories, ghostwriting, my own storytelling and whatnot.I used to specialise in Management Consultancy and Human/Organizational experiences. I'm back to doing Content Consultancy, God's Grace!
➡️ I'm breaking into UX Management & Strategy | UX Design (UX Strategy) this pandemic. I've been exposed to the User Experience field c/o my husband, Frederic. He's a geek who's into UX/UI, design strategy & innovation, and more. I'm into WORDS; my husband's into CODES. Perfect tandem, right? WORDS & CODES | BUSINESS & DESIGN.
➡️ We're now in the City of Heart...not much words but only good vibes. Thank You, Lord.
➡️ (6.12.24 - not in this city anymore). I'm currently residing in the City of Fun, after finding "HOME" in other places of this world such as the City of Tiger, AlSharq, Kuwait; Phuket,Thailand; NorthEast, Singapore; and, City of Winds. My 2 girls are internationally homeschooled; born in Kuwait and raised there as well as in Singapore, Philippines, and Japan through Naruto (oh geez, they're into it!). My only boy is in heaven with my Mom. (6.12.24 - not in this city anymore).
➡️ In a nutshell, I'm an Overseas Filipino Worker on a lockdown in the PH during this pandemic.Though I'm a nomad, I just feel so fortunate to be in my current city which is God's dwelling place for my family and me. God gave me the message, MAKE IT YOUR HOME🏡. There's an interesting story behind it. Indeed, some storms serve as a bridge to where one should be. Let's reconnect physically when the world is healed. I can't wait to sip kopi-c.sg! For now, e-coffee chat works fine!
➡️ I enjoy the fast Internet connection in my new place. It's 5x faster than my Internet connection experience overseas! It perfectly suits my digital nomadic lifestyle. I am currently taking on Freelance Projects, and enjoying online life away from the unseen virus. Stay safe wherever you are! BTW, just as I am on a lockdown in my home country from overseas, I also recently relocated my online home address here at Strikingly.
Thanks for reading this far. That's the 1/4 of me. Haha.

WELCOME.
That 1/4 of me
In places that I value.
Every day though, I live in my library.
City of the Winds
my hometown
born and raised here. I stayed here until my early teen years. This will always be my first home (especially at my parents' house) away from my 'homes' overseas and elsewhere.
City of the Tiger
our first home, where we grew together as a couple
This city is more than just a place - it's our home during our formative years as young professionals and took our first steps as a couple. A place where we'd always go back if given the chance.
AlSharq,Kuwait.
where I left half of my heart
I stayed here for over a decade. It's where I gave birth to my 3 kids: 2 girls, 1 boy. I left half of my heart in this place when I miscarried my only boy.
Phuket,Thailand.
Muay Thai!
I fell in love with this place, and could stay here forever. I did my Muay thai kickboxing here! If not for the pandemic, I'd be in Phuket or Chiang Mai, Thailand for my sabbatical leave. But the pandemic happened, so there.
NorthEast,Singapore.
a place for my brain cells and soul
I'd frequently visit the library (Hougang), pre-pandemic. It's a place for my brain cells. In time, I'd be able to attend the CHC as well - for my soul's nourishment. But the pandemic happened, so there.
City of Fun
God said, Make it your home.
Amidst the closed borders and the onslaught of the world's strongest landfall in 2020 on the island, God opened this place for my family and me. He said, Make it Your Home. We wish we're able to protect it by following God's advice to be protected...
City of the Heart...
where we feel grounded and full
A place that makes us feel a sense of belonging; it's a place of something familiar yet inspiring, with a variety of interactions that make life complete and satisfying.
FREEDOM
I don't know any other way for me to be free. It's through reading that I experience this taste of freedom that's unique for me. - Dessie Urbano-The Quotes Gal
